CADTools.pro is operated by SPM3D LLC, Valencia, Spain ("CADTools.pro", "we", "us"). We develop and distribute AutoCAD and BricsCAD plugins, including PCCTools, DTM Tools, 3D Pipe Tools and Floorplan Tools.
By downloading, installing, activating, subscribing to, accessing or using any CADTools plugin or website feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the software for a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the software during your active trial or subscription period, on the number of seats or devices allowed by your plan.
The software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the software, website, documentation, names, logos, designs and related intellectual property.
CADTools plugins may include a 15-day free trial. Trials are provided so you can evaluate compatibility, workflow fit and feature suitability before purchasing. We may limit, refuse, suspend or end trials where we reasonably suspect misuse or repeated trial abuse.
CADTools is provided on a subscription model unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout, such as monthly or annual billing. Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not refund charges for an already activated or current subscription period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the subscription is terminated for breach.
The software may require online activation and periodic licence checks to confirm trial, subscription and licence status. If a licence cannot be validated, or if a subscription is expired, cancelled, suspended or incomplete, access to the software may be limited or disabled.
Active subscriptions may receive updates, fixes and compatibility improvements. We aim to support the CAD platforms and versions described on our website, but compatibility can depend on your operating system, CAD version, third-party software, hardware and configuration. We do not guarantee compatibility with every environment.
CADTools plugins support professional CAD and point-cloud workflows, but you remain responsible for reviewing and verifying drawings, measurements, models, outputs and deliverables before relying on them. You are also responsible for maintaining backups of your files and projects.
Refunds and subscription cancellation rules are described in our Return and Refund Policy. In summary, you can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future payments, but subscriptions that have already been activated are not refundable except where required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or software, you acknowledge that licence, activation, support and technical data may be processed as described there.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, misuse a trial or licence, attempt to bypass licence controls, or create legal, security or operational risk. After termination, you must stop using the software and remove it from your systems where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or costs of substitute software or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms when our software, subscription model, website or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
