Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains how CADTools subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Subscription model

CADTools plugins are provided on a subscription model unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. A subscription gives access to the selected plugin or plan during the active subscription period.

2. Try before you subscribe

Every CADTools plugin, including PCCTools, DTM Tools, 3D Pipe Tools and Floorplan Tools, may include a 15-day free trial. We strongly encourage you to test the software during the trial period to confirm that it meets your technical, workflow and compatibility needs before starting a paid subscription.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. It does not automatically refund the current billing period, and it does not refund a subscription that has already been activated.

4. Activated subscriptions are not refundable

Because CADTools subscriptions provide digital software access and activation, subscriptions that have already been activated are not refundable. This applies to monthly, annual and renewed subscriptions, except where a refund is required by applicable law or we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Renewal charges

Subscription renewals are charged automatically until cancelled. If you do not want to be charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date. Renewal payments for subscriptions that remain active or have been activated are not refundable.

6. Exceptional cases

We may review exceptional refund requests at our discretion, for example duplicate payments, accidental duplicate subscriptions, clear billing errors, or cases where required by applicable consumer law. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

7. How to request help

  • Email info@cadtools.pro from the address used for the purchase or subscription.
  • Include your order reference, subscription details and a short explanation of the issue.
  • If your goal is to stop future payments, please request cancellation before the renewal date.

8. Processing approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.

9. Enterprise and custom agreements

Enterprise, volume, custom, reseller or separately negotiated agreements may have their own cancellation and refund terms. Where those terms conflict with this policy, the separate written agreement applies.
